In response to unprecedented demand, I’ve teamed up with Eric Williamson, MSc, Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, to create exclusive fitness and nutrition packages. We’ve built a specific Wedding Package to ensure you get exactly what you need in terms of direction, accountability, support, and don’t pay for anything more. We are looking for women, aged 25 to 35, who are getting married, and want to get lean / tighten up for their wedding day.
The program has two parts. The first is nutrition and the second is training. You’ve probably been overwhelmed with the variation of advice, so we’ll make it easy for you. Each week we’ll give you nutrition habits and a training program specifically designed to get you closer to your dream wedding body.
You’ll start with an initial consultation call for us to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and learn more about you. Then we’ll create your customized program and deliver it to you online. Each week, you’ll give us an update about how it’s going and any questions you have. With this we’ll adjust your plan/guidelines when needed to keep you moving forward. You’ll have follow-up calls every 6 weeks and whenever you or I feel they are needed. This will ensure you’re always progressing towards your goal, plus, you have support and accountability each and every week.
